Tumor incidence in K14E6^I128T line 6061 and 6072 mice. Note that one additional carcinoma arose in a K14E6^I128T founder mouse (line 6086) that was not bred.

The difference between the percentages of K14E6^WT and K14E6^I128T mice that developed carcinomas was statistically significant (P < 0.0002).

Tumors arose at 12 and 20 months.
