A9 cells were infected for 1 h at 37°C with MVMp at an MOI of 10 in the presence of increasing doses of BA, chloroquine, or BFA. Subsequently, cells were washed to remove an excess of virus and were incubated at 37°C for an additional 3 h in the presence of the inhibitors. Cells were washed to remove the drug and were further incubated. The amount of viral DNA was quantified 18 h postinfection.
