Effect of cytoskeleton-disrupting agents on MVMp infection. A9 cells were pretreated with ND or CD for 1 h at 37°C. Subsequently, the cells were infected with MVMp for 1 h at 37°C at an MOI of 10 in the presence of ND or CD. Cells were washed to remove unbound virus and were further incubated at 37°C in the presence of the inhibitors. The amount of viral DNA was quantified 18 h postinfection.
