A9 cells were infected for 1 h at 37°C with MVMp at an MOI of 10 in the presence of increasing doses of TPCK, TLCK, aclarubicin, or PR39. Subsequently, cells were washed and incubated at 37°C for an additional 1 h in the presence of the irreversible inhibitors TPCK and TLCK or constantly in the case of the reversible drugs aclarubicin and PR39.
