Analysis of transient knockdowns with different siRNAs targeting LEDGF/p75 at different time points. (A) Western blot analysis of LEDGF/p75 transient knockdown. LEDGF/p75 expression levels were verified by Western blotting of HeLaP4 cells transiently transfected with 20 nM of L3 or L4 at different time points after transfection. Mock-, siGFP-, and L3MM-transfected cells were analyzed as well. (B) Cell viability of HeLaP4 cells transiently transfected with L3, L4, siGFP, or L3MM or of mock-transfected cells.
