(1) Paired sample T test was used before and after the intervention in the group; (2) One-way ANOVA was used to compare the improvement range among the three subgroups, and LSD method was used in back testing; (3) The difference of vision fluctuation is naked eye vision before class-naked eye vision after class, and the smaller the difference, the lower the visual load; (4) In the difference column, the negative sign represents the improvement of indicators in the healthy direction (numerical decrease), and the positive sign represents the improvement of indicators in the healthy direction (numerical increase); (5) There is no significant difference in anxiety and stress scale before and after the intervention in the low anxiety and low stress subgroup, which is consistent with the characteristics of stable baseline physical and mental state in this subgroup.
