^aS. frugiperda cells were separately infected with four different viruses and pulse-labeled with [³⁵S]methionine from 20 to 24 h postinfection. Viral proteins were immunoprecipitated and separated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Gels were quantitated by PhosphorImager analysis, using the object average of the uninfected sample to subtract background. Values are expressed as percentages of the wild-type value. The values shown here represent means and standard deviations of triplicate determinations.
