Figure 3.

Panel A shows a histology section with densely packed, pleomorphic cells stained pink and purple with hematoxylin and eosin. Panel B displays connective tissue and scattered nuclei with similar staining. Panel C reveals irregular bone trabeculae surrounded by cellular tissue. Panel D and E are immunohistochemistry images with diffuse brown staining, indicating positive marker expression. Panels F and G have pale backgrounds with scattered blue nuclei, showing lack of marker expression. Panel H illustrates mostly negative staining with occasional positive nuclei. Panel I shows variable brown nuclear staining, signifying partial marker expression among the cells.

Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining and immunohistochemistry. H&E staining (×20) showed intracranial tumor (A), skeletal muscle infiltration (B), and skull invasion (C) Immunohistochemistry (×20) demonstrated diffuse GFAP positivity (D), S-100 positivity (E), IDH1 negativity (F), SSTR2 negativity (G), variable p53 positivity (weak to strong; H), and a Ki-67 labeling index of approximately 15% (I).
