Figure 2.

Adjusted mean differences (β) in child MSEL Composite and T-scores at 6, 12, 24, and 36 months of age associated with a doubling in prenatal maternal urinary concentrations of six OPE biomarkers detected in ≥60% of samples and with detected versus non-detected concentrations of three OPE biomarkers detected in <60% of samples. Biomarkers detected in ≥60% of samples were modeled as continuous log2-transformed concentrations, whereas biomarkers detected in <60% of samples were modeled as dichotomous variables (detect versus non-detect). Models were adjusted for child sex, child year of birth, homeownership, maternal age at delivery, maternal education, parity, maternal pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI), and maternal race/ethnicity. Red and blue shaded areas represent negative and positive associations with a p-value <0.05, respectively. No associations remained significant after false discovery rate (FDR) correction (FDR <0.10).
