The average diameter of subcutaneous tumors was determined 19 days after injection. Visible lung tumor nodules (1–10 mm in size) were counted under a stereomicroscope 4 weeks after tail vein injection. HA tag blotting of excised tumor nodule tissue was evaluated for FRNK expression.
