Firefly luciferase activity in U937/NS13 cells transfected with pGL3-control was 872.3 ± 117.1 LU/μg of protein and that in U937/CAT12 was 963.1 ± 140.4 LU/μg of protein, whereas the activity of pGL3-basic in U937/NS13 was 0.8 ± 2.0 LU/μg of protein and that in U937/CAT12 was 0.9 ± 1.2 LU/μg of protein.
