Expression profiles of the clusters obtained by DPC using the 6220 genes of the Cho yeast data set (14) without normalization. The clusters are essentially clusters of genes whose average expression level is approximately the same, however, some have interesting profiles such as cluster 7 containing genes highly expressed in mid or late G1 and cluster 12 containing heat-shock and stress protein genes.
