J774 cells were stimulated with LPS (lane 2), CpG DNAs 10 (lane 3), 38 (lane 4), 22 (lane 5) and 39 (lane 6), nuclear extracts were prepared and analyzed on a native polyacrylamide gel as described in Materials and Methods.
