Quantitative data are presented as median [IQR]. Qualitative data were expressed as frequency (N) and percentages (%). All quantitative variables were tested using the Mann-Whitney test. For qualitative variables, the Chi-square test was used, except for the following variables, for which Fisher’s exact test was used: Nephropathy, first transplantation, hypertension before transplantation, Diabetes (including NODAT), Cardiovascular disease, Living donors, Delayed graft function, Mycophenolic acid, Graft rejection before inclusion, Antihypertensive therapies, potassium chelating agent use, beta-blocker, Calcium channel blocker, Beta-blocker, ACE inhibitors or ARB, diuretic except thiazides, TMP-SMX use, Acidosis. TMP-SMX, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole; PPI, proton pump inhibitor; SBP, systolic blood pressure; DBP, diastolic blood pressure; eGFR, estimated glomerular filtration rate. (1) Each ten-year increase.
