pEμ-B29-TCL1 transgenic mice express TCL1 only in lymphoid tissues. (A) A 2.5-kb XhoI fragment of the pEμ-B29-TCL1 construct was isolated and used in egg injections. (B–E) Detection of TCL1 protein in 3-month-old heterozygotes. Fifteen micrograms of protein was immunoblotted with TCL1 antiserum.
