Overexpression and purification of recombinant m3U methyltransferase. Protein samples were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Cells transformed with pET28a plasmid containing the gene for m3U1498 methyltransferase were sampled before (lane 1) and after (lane 2) induction with 1 mM IPTG.
