Elasticity coefficients were calculated from averaged experimental data or represent the medians of 500 simulated data sets. The elasticities of respiration (muscle and beta cells) and leak (beta cells only) to the ATP/ADP ratio were shown experimentally to be zero (Figure 2), whereas that of hexokinase to Δψ was assumed as zero.
