Mito E (2 μM) was added to mitochondria (1 mg/ml) in swelling buffer and incubation was carried out for 1 min. (A) 15d-PGJ₂ (20 μM) was added after Mito E and allowed to react for an additional 2 min before the addition of Ca²⁺ (80 μM). Lag time (after the addition of Ca²⁺) was calculated as described in Figure 1. Data are single traces representative of three individual experiments.
