Mitochondria were incubated as described in the Experimental section for PT experiment. (A) Concentration of GSH (closed bars) and protein thiol (open bars) after incubation of mitochondria alone or with 15d-PGJ₂ (10 μM). (B) At 20 min, the mitochondria were collected, centrifuged and derivatized for GSH and GSSG detection by HPLC.
