(A) Mock-treated HAECs and HAECs transfected with 200 nM Crk siRNA by using OligofectAMINE for 72 h were lysed, subjected to SDS-PAGE, and immunoblotted with antibodies as indicated at the left. (B) HAECs transfected with 200 nM Crk siRNA were similarly analyzed to 293T cells. (C) Mock-treated HAECs (left) and HAECs transfected with 200 nM Crk siRNA for 72 h were analyzed for their membrane extension in response to ephrin-B1.
