Rab34 is associated primarily with Golgi apparatus. NRK cells at steady state (a–c) or treated with nocodazole (d–f) were fixed, permeabilized, and incubated with anti-Rab34 antibodies (a, d) and mAb against Golgi marker Man II (b, e).
