(G–L) Pattern of the MT array after F-actin disruption. PMNs were plated on fibronectin (Fn)-coated coverslips, preincubated with 1 μM cytochalasin D for 4 min and stimulated with 10 nM fMLF plus cytochalasin D for 4 min before fixation.
