The MT array in PMNs was quantified by manually tracing the paths of anti-α-tubulin labeled filaments from confocal images. Data represent average number and length (μm) ± SEM of individual microtubules from 18 control, 11 cytochalasin D-treated (Fig. 4), and 11 ML-7-treated cells (Fig. 5) from two independent experiments.
