PCA results showing a group of N = 29 genes with strong positive loading (>0.45) on component 3 of 59 components. Genes were extracted from the correlation matrix of 1,416 genes in the NCI 60 cancer cell line data [10]. Note that these 29 genes were upregulated in leukemia cell lines (with annotation prefix 'LE'). Expression data were standardized (color is z-score based on array average and standard deviation).
