Twenty micrograms (hcf164, WT1/1), 10 μg (WT1/2), 5 μg (WT1/4), and 2.5 μg (WT1/8) of chloroplast proteins were size separated by SDS-PAGE and electroblotted onto nitrocellulose membranes.
