V3 MAbs are CD134-induced antibodies. The neutralizing activity of the V3 MAbs was assessed in standard (a) and sCD134 activation (b) assays. Neutralization of FIV entry was observed only in the sCD134 activation assay, indicating that the V3 MAbs are CD134-induced antibodies. AMD3100 (AMD) was used at 1 μg/ml. Data are expressed as percentages of inhibition of β-galactosidase activity obtained in the absence of MAb.
