Processing of tRNAs is delayed in a strain depleted of Lsm3p. (A) Pulse-chase analysis of tRNA processing in GAL::HA-lsm3 strain. Strains were grown in permissive RSG medium and transferred to repressive glucose medium at 30°C for 8.5 h. [³H]uracil was added for 1 min, followed by a large excess of unlabeled uracil.
