Rsp5p interacts with actin in the pan1-9 mutant. Total extracts from TZ81 pan1-9 cells carrying HA-RSP5 on a centromeric plasmid or vector were used for immunoprecipitation with 16B12 anti-HA (HA) or with control anti-myc antibody (C).
