Sla2p forms a complex with HA-Rsp5p. Total extracts from wild-type T8-1D (−) and rsp5-Δ-bearing YCpHA-RSP5 (HA-RSP5) cells were used for immunoprecipitation using anti-HA 16B12 antibody (HA) and control preimmune serum (C). Western blot analyses with anti-Sla2p and with anti-HA antibody were done on the same blot. T, total extracts; IP, immunoprecipitate.
