: Cytotoxicity assay using 4T1 mouse breast cancer cells. The consequence of fusing G129R to PE40-KDEL was examined to determine its effect on non-specific cytotoxicity. Cells were treated with PE, PE40, G129R-PE40-KDEL, or G129R and their viability was examined after 48 h by measuring the reduction of MTS.
