: Competitive inhibition of STAT5 phosphorylation by G129R and G129R-PE40-KDEL in T-47D human breast cancer cells. The inability of G129R and G129R-PE40-KDEL to activate STAT5 (A) and their ability to competitively block hPRL-induced STAT5 activation (B) was determined by immunoblotting with antibodies against either STAT5A/B or phospho-STAT5A/B as indicated.
