The zpr1-1 and zpr1-3 mutant proteins accumulate in the nucleus. (A) zpr1-1-GFP (HC70-8B) and zpr1-3-GFP (HC72-7C) cells were grown to log phase in SC plus glucose and examined by fluorescence microscopy.
