Arterial supply is provided by the recipient's aorta (Ao) through an interposition graft (IG). The venous drainage is at the recipient's inferior vena cava (IVC) through the hepatic veins’ confluence (Piggyback technique). An abdominal wall allograft (AW) is used to cover defects of the recipient's abdominal wall.
