Arrows (white) point to OPN localization. (B) Higher magnification of the sections demonstrates OPN staining at the rim (4 μm) and at the shoulder areas of the resorption pit (16 μm). Arrows (white) point to OPN localization at the rim in 4 μm, within the pit in 16-μm sections and at the bottom of the other pits. The results represent one of three experiments performed.
