The treatments (OPN, 25 μg/ml; VN, 10 μg/ml; GRGDS, 50 μg/ml) are indicated at the bottom of the figures. Some cells were treated with an antibody to OPN, CD44, or integrin β3 (50 μg/ml) and OPN protein (25 μg/ml).
