Confluent CV-1 cells were infected with either wt or dl888 mutant SV40 at 100 PFU per cell and treated with mimosine as described in the legend to Fig. 1. Samples were harvested at the indicated times postrelease from mimosine. (A) Cells were fixed and stained to determine DNA content per cell by flow cytometry. wt SV40, filled circles; dl888, open circles. (B) Expression level of phospho-Chk1 and tumor antigens (large T and small t). Whole-cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted.
