A549 cells were preincubated for 30 min at +4°C with 0, 1, 10, 20, 40, or 80 pg/cell of unlabeled Ad11p (species B2) (a) or Ad3p (species B1) (b), and thereafter, 1 pg/cell of ³⁵S-labeled Ad3p, Ad7p, Ad11p, Ad35, and Ad5p was added and the cells were incubated for another 30 min. The results are means ± standard errors of the means (SEM) of duplicate data from two independent experiments.
