Immunostaining of PrP in Rov clones expressing the VRQ or the ARR variant of ovine PrP. Confluent monolayers of living cells expressing the VRQ (clone C79) (A) or the ARR (clone E2) (B) PrP allele were labeled with an anti-ovine PrP polyclonal antibody (MH44) and then with fluorescein-conjugated immunoglobulin G second antibodies.
