Immunoprecipitation of metabolically labeled HHV-6A (strain U1102)-infected cells. (A) Mock-infected (lane 1) and HHV-6A-infected (lane 2) HSB-2 cells were metabolically labeled with [35S]methionine for 16 h, lysed, and immunoprecipitated with the MAb AU100-119. The proteins that were immunoprecipitated with AU100-119 were resolved by SDS-PAGE (4 to 12% Tris-glycine gel; Invitrogen).
