(A) The dun1-fha strain is sensitive to HU. Serial dilutions of cultures were spotted on YPD plates with or without HU. Plates were photographed after 2 days. (B) The dun1-fha strain is sensitive to MMS. Survival after acute exposure to MMS was determined. The results of one representative experiment are shown.
