Classification of the 4,692 clusters of P. brasiliensis ESTs with BLASTX or TBLASTX E-values ≤10⁻³ are presented according to the classification developed at TIGR (66). Unclassified are ESTs that show similarity to a sequence with known function but do not fall into any of the classification schemes utilized; hypothetical proteins refer to sequences that show similarity to protein or DNA sequences to which no cellular role has yet been assigned; no match indicates new sequences with no significant similarity to protein or DNA sequences in the databases
