Activation of tissue-selective promoters by TAF4b. (A) Luciferase assays demonstrate the activation of GC-specific promoters in Flag-TAF4b overexpressing SIGCs (gray bars) compared with flag control cells (white bars). Fold activation was obtained by comparison of relative luciferase activity measured from f-TAF4b stable cells versus control flag cells.
