The gate and the percent CD8+ tetramer+ are indicated in each plot. Panels b and c show results for a subject positive for both MOMP258 and MOMP260. Panels d and e show results for a subject positive for MOMP258 but not MOMP260. Panels f and g show MOMP260-reactive but not MOMP258-reactive cells.
