The cotransductional linkage between the zei::Tn10 (the selectable marker) and ompC is 50%. A crossover between 1 and 2 will yield tetracycline-resistant (Tcr) Lac+ (ompC′::lacZ+) transductants, whereas a crossover between 1 and 3 will yield Tcr Lac (ompC) transductants.
