Stability of siRNA and asODN in exhaled breath condensate (EBC). siRNA (A) or asODN (B) were incubated for one to 60 min in water or EBC from CF and non-CF individuals. Oligonucleotide integrity was assessed using the Agilent Bioanalyser 2100 system. In control reactions siRNA and asODN were incubated with RNase A and DNase I, respectively, for one to 60 min.
