Pre-pathway (n = 20) and post-pathway patients (n = 23) completed a structured telephone interview ranking the listed items on a five-point Likert scale. The number of patients indicating the highest two scores were summed and reported as the percentage satisfied. There was no difference in scores between the periods by chi-square analysis.
