(C) Eighteen months after endovascular graft repair, the patient developed a proximal type 1 endoleak (E) and subsequently developed abdominal pain. The AAA measured 9 cm. Insertion of a second Montefiore endovascular graft (M) resulted in resolution of both the endoleak and abdominal pain. Thirty-six months after surgery, the patient is doing well with continued secondary success.
