Characterization of anti-MAST205 antiserum. OK cells were transiently transfected with pcDNA3.1HisB or MAST205. A representative Western immunoblot using the anti-MAST205 antiserum (Ab3927) shows the presence of a 220-kDa protein in MAST205 (lanes 3 and 4) but not in pcDNA-transfected cells (lanes 1 and 2).
