RT-PCR analysis of the genes of the cip-cel cluster. The cDNA reverse transcripts obtained from total RNAs were subjected to PCR amplification with pairs of primers (Table 2) in order to reveal transcriptional links between two or three successive genes. The reaction products were analyzed by electrophoresis in 0.7% agarose gel (lanes RT).
