MCF-7 cells with shRNA-mediated p130 knockdown retain arrest phenotype. MCF-7 parental cells, a clone expressing a nonsense shRNA (NeoC3), and two independent clones expressing shRNA targeting p130 (KD-1 and KD-2) were treated as indicated in the figure and then harvested for Western blotting with the indicated antibodies. Molecular weight markers are indicated at the right. Similar data were found for five of five p130 KD clones tested.
